Why cold chain is different from ordinary delivery
A parcel that arrives an hour late is an inconvenience. A tray of pastry that arrives at ambient temperature is a write-off, and a box of medication that has spent forty minutes in a hot van may be unusable even though it looks perfectly fine. The difference between a courier and a cold chain courier is not the vehicle badge — it is whether anyone can tell you what the temperature was for the whole journey.
In Kuwait that matters more than in most markets. Summer road temperatures make an unrefrigerated vehicle an oven within minutes of the door closing. A chilled item handed to a rider on a motorbike is, in practice, no longer chilled by the time it reaches the second address on the route.
Refrigerated delivery is not a service we bolted on to a parcel business. It is what we bought the trucks for.
Chilled and frozen, +4°C to −18°C
We run both chilled and frozen chains. Chilled loads hold at refrigeration temperature for products like cake, dairy, flowers, cosmetics and most pharmacy lines. Frozen loads run down to −18°C for ice cream, frozen desserts and frozen food distribution.
Temperature is logged end to end — from the moment we take custody at your pickup point to the signature at the door. That log is what separates a claim you can defend from a claim you cannot. If a client ever disputes the condition of a delivery, the record exists.
Our own trucks, our own drivers
The refrigerated fleet is owned and maintained by us and driven by our own staff. We are not a marketplace matching your cake to whichever stranger happens to be nearby with an insulated bag.
That matters for cold chain specifically, because the failure mode is invisible. A driver who props the door open at a long stop, or who runs three ambient errands before yours, does not leave a mark on the box. Employed drivers on maintained vehicles are the only practical control.
Who we move cold in Kuwait
Our refrigerated work is concentrated in three groups. F&B — bakeries, dessert brands, caterers and restaurants distributing to branches or direct to customers. Pharmacy and healthcare — where temperature excursions carry regulatory as well as commercial consequences. Cosmetics and skincare — where heat damage shows up as separated or spoiled product weeks later, in a customer's hands.
The common thread is that the customer discovers the failure, not you. Cold chain is really about controlling the moment your brand is judged.
Same-day, seven days a week
Cold does not wait for tomorrow, so refrigerated runs are same-day and available every day of the week. Most deliveries booked before 9:00 pm go the same day, and urgent runs inside the city are typically under two hours.
You get a committed window before you confirm the booking — not an estimate afterwards.
Coverage across all six governorates
We cover the Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra and Mubarak Al-Kabeer, including the outer areas. Cold chain does not stop at the ring road.
Booking a refrigerated delivery
Send one WhatsApp message. Tell the agent the pickup, the drop-off and that it needs to stay cold — chilled or frozen — and it confirms the vehicle, the window and the price before dispatching a driver. No app to download, no account to open, no forms.
Businesses running regular refrigerated volume move onto a monthly plan with a dedicated account manager and a client portal. Everything is cashless: one-off deliveries are paid by KNET or payment link at booking, accounts are invoiced monthly, and our drivers never handle cash.
