Booking takes one message, not one account
Most delivery companies begin by asking you to install something. We removed that entirely. You already have WhatsApp, and that is the whole interface.
Tap the button, WhatsApp opens with the message already written, and you send it. The agent confirms the pickup, the drop-off, the timing and the price — in Arabic or English — then dispatches a driver. You get a live driver link, a proof-of-delivery photograph, and a confirmation the moment it lands.
For a one-off delivery there is no account to open and nothing to sign. Accounts exist for businesses on a monthly plan, not for someone sending a forgotten set of keys across town.
How fast same-day actually is
Most parcels booked before 9:00 pm are delivered the same day. Urgent runs inside the city are typically under two hours.
The important part is that you are given a committed window before you confirm — not an estimate offered afterwards when it is already too late to make another arrangement. If the window does not work for you, you have not booked anything yet.
What people send same-day
Documents that have to be signed today. Gifts that were remembered late. Forgotten keys, a laptop charger, a passport left on a desk. A dress for tonight. Legal paperwork between offices. Samples to a client meeting already in progress.
On the business side it is invoices and contracts, stock moving between branches, and the order a customer expects to arrive before the day ends.
The right vehicle, not the nearest one
We run rapid riders for the urgent, the small and the single — documents and forgotten items across the city inside the hour. Delivery vans handle e-commerce volume, bulk mail runs and multi-stop routes. Refrigerated trucks carry anything that has to stay chilled or frozen.
The fleet is owned and maintained by us and driven by our own staff, not assembled from whoever is closest at the time.
Every governorate, seven days a week
We deliver across the Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra and Mubarak Al-Kabeer, including outer areas, every day of the week.
Fully cashless — drivers never carry money
One-off deliveries are paid by KNET or payment link when you book. Business accounts are invoiced monthly against their plan.
We do not offer cash on delivery. That is deliberate: your customers pay you directly, our drivers never handle cash, and every delivery stays safe with every fils accounted for.
Proof, and what happens if something goes wrong
Every delivery carries a proof-of-delivery photograph and a signature at the door, and goods are insured in transit. Chain of custody is documented rather than assumed.
